Hi, I'm Desi!

Nearly two years ago, I dove into design with an intensive UX/UI course in Bulgaria. In five months, I honed skills in UX/UI design, UX research, prototyping, and tools like Figma, Maze, Notion, Asana, and Webflow.

I've also earned a certificate in Gestalt psychology from The Interaction Design Foundation, driven by my fascination with the psychology-design connection. Currently, I'm expanding my knowledge with a course on Accessibility in Web Design.

My background is rooted in the creative sector. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and English Literature, with experience in various writing platforms and tools like InDesign. My passion for photography grew through my studies in Photojournalism, and I love experimenting with cameras and Photoshop.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me hiking, reading, writing poetry, or performing live. Fun fact: I've also studied Musical Theatre and jazz!
